Yes — we deliver Australia-wide. We run our own trucks across metro Melbourne, and use freight partners for regional and interstate deliveries (typically 3–5 business days). Single bags can also be sent via Australia Post.
Yes. No treated or chemically infused timbers are sourced or used within our facility. All of our products are produced from chemical-free virgin timbers from sustainably managed Australian plantations.
We supply everything from single bags to full pallet loads. Single bags can be sent via Australia Post (from $50 within VIC, $60+ interstate). Pallet orders require a forklift on site.
Absolutely. We're at 130 Yan Yean Road, Plenty VIC 3090. Open Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm. Please phone ahead so we can ensure we have your requirements in stock.
Yes. Gamma-irradiated (sterilised) bedding can be arranged on request. This is commonly used by university research laboratories and commercial breeding facilities.
